Jim S. Pedigo, Associate Member of the Appraisal Institute, is a State Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser, authorized by the TALCB, License #TX-1330514-R.

    Mr. Pedigo has been an appraiser in the greater Houston and southeast Texas area since 1999.  During this time he has dealt with most of the various residential property types and issues likely to be encountered during the normal course of residential appraisal practice in the area.  His experience also includes time in the corporate world as a Staff Appraiser and a Review Appraiser for a major national lender.  He is FHA certified, Flagstar approved, and is on many other banks' approved lists, such as Woodforest National Bank, PlainsCapital Bank, and First National Bank.

    When not appraising, Jim Pedigo utilizes his Masters Degree of Music from Rice University in his second career as a freelance professional musician.  He performs with groups such as Theatre Under the Stars in Houston, the Conroe Symphony Orchestra, and he directs the Sanctuary Orchestra at First Baptist Church in Conroe.
